The issue you raised on illegal indian movies getting uploaded was very evident, when I did some search I could find a Telugu movie with the following message from the person who had uploaded.

“Hi all, this is a free download for all my friends who can understand. This is a telugu new movie…CHATRAPATHI-part1″
