Used google earth after a very long time and out of curiosity zoomed on Bangalore and was surprised to see really high resolution images of Bangalore . I noticed few other India cities like Chennai, Bombay, Hyderabad and Delhi also updated with really high resolution pictures. High resolution images of New Delhi are also available on maps.google.com, thought that is cool. Hope that high resolution images of other cities will be available via maps.google.com. Hope google can integrate driving directions with maps, otherwise this is going to have only “wow” factor and no practical usage.

Created a few KMZ’s, drop me a mail if you are interested in getting a closer look at Bangalore and getting your bearings right. Check out some of the familiar locations on the MAP. Looks awesome.
